ONLINE BILL PAY IS BACK!

We are pleased to once again offer the option to pay your bill online through GovtPortal. You may pay your bill 24/7 using a Debit Card or Credit Card. Please note, the GovtPortal does charge a convenience fee.
As a reminder, effective March 15, 2025, Brunner Hill Water Association (BHWA) operations are once again independent. The service agreement with ClearWater Utility Management Services, LLC, has come to an end. Monthly meter reading and billing will be conducted by BHWA staff.
We ask for your patience during the transition period while billing systems and process are fully integrated. We strive to make this change as transparent and seamless as possible. If you identify any billing irregularities, please bring them to the attention of Angela or Jourdan at the water office.
