BHWA Resumes Billing and Operations

We are pleased to announce that effective March 15, 2025, Brunner Hill Water Association (BHWA) operations are once again independent. The service agreement with ClearWater Utility Management Services, LLC, has come to an end. Monthly meter reading and billing will be conducted by BHWA staff.

 

We ask for your patience during the transition period while billing systems and process are fully integrated. We strive to make this change as transparent and seamless as possible. If you identify any billing irregularities, please bring them to the attention of Angela or Jourdan at the water office.
