Online Bill Pay
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, SOFTtelPay. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy. The ID Code for Brunner Hill Water Association's water system is 7252811, click "Next" and follow the prompts. SOFTtelPay charges a convenience fee.
Payment By Phone
SOFTtelPay offers an automated payment service over the phone. Call 855-483-5729, use ID Code 7252811, and follow all prompts. SOFTtelPay charges a convenience fee for paying over the phone.
You are also welcome to call the water office at 870-499-0409 to make your payment. Please have your account number handy. Because the secretary utilizes the online SOFTtellPay website, as mentioned above, to submit your payment, there will be a convenience fee.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Locations
You may pay your bill in person at our office. You may drop your payment in one of our convenient drop boxes located at 3290 Dolph Road and 1145 Rodney Road via cash, check, or money order. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to eleven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment via Bank Draft
You can sign up for bank drafts by filling out the ACH Authorization form under froms and reports. Simply print, fill out the form, attach a copy of a voided check, and mail to Brunner Hill Water Assocation P.O. Box 134 Dolph, AR 72528 or email to brunnerhillwater1@gmail.com. Of course you can always stop by the office and sign up during regular office hours. If you need a copy of the form mailed to you please call the office.
