Brunner Hill Water Assn. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Pay
We are pleased to once again offer the option to pay your bill online through GovtPortal. You may pay your bill 24/7 using a Debit Card or Credit Card. Simply click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page and follow the prompts. Please note, the GovtPortal does charge a convenience fee.
Payment By Phone
You are welcome to call the Water Office at 870-499-0409 to make your payment. Because the Secretary utilizes the online GovtPortal website, as mentioned above, to submit your payment, the conventience fee does apply.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to BHWA, PO Box 134, Dolph, AR 72528. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Locations
You may pay your bill in person at our office. You may drop your payment in one of our convenient drop boxes located at 3290 Dolph Road and 1145 Rodney Road via cash, check, or money order. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to eleven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment via Bank Draft
You can sign up for bank drafts by filling out the ACH Authorization form under froms and reports. Simply print, fill out the form, attach a copy of a voided check, and mail to Brunner Hill Water Assocation P.O. Box 134 Dolph, AR 72528 or email to brunnerhillwater1@gmail.com. Of course you can always stop by the office and sign up during regular office hours. If you need a copy of the form mailed to you please call the office.
