UPDATE - BHWA Special Meeting - Conversion to Public Water Authority

BHWA held a Special Meeting Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, to discuss and vote on the proposal to convert to a Public Water Authority.
As of February 17th, the date of most recent Meeting of the Board of Directors, 54% of BHWA members voted "YES" in favor of converting to a Public Water Authority. We extend a huge THANK YOU to all who voted!
If you have not yet voted, we are still accepting ballots! Please drop off your ballot at the office by 2pm, March 17th. Obtain a ballot by clicking the link below or stop by the office.
The final tally will be announced at the next board meeting scheduled for 6pm, March 17th at the water office.
