BHWA Held Special Meeting regarding Conversion to Public Water Authority

BHWA held a Special Meeting Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, to discuss and vote on the proposal to convert to a Public Water Authority. Please review the proposed bylaws and submit a ballot to the office at your earliest convenience. Ballots must be received (in office) by March 17th, at which time they will be tallied.
