How to Avoid Late Fees

Several of our valued customers are experiencing delays in payment processing, and being assessed late fees of 10% when their payments are not received by the 15th of the month. We would like to assist those interested in avoiding delays in payment processing and prevent late fees. Consider automatic payment processing, either by Automatic Bank Draft or Online Auto-Pay. 

• Automatic Bank Draft is free and is processed on the 10th of the month. You can limit the maximum draft if you are worried about leaks/high bills. Contact the office to process appropriate forms.
• Auto-Pay Online is a way to pay with your debit/credit card. Go to bwa.govtportal.com and sign up for Auto-Pay. Be aware, they charge a 3% convenience fee. You can also pay manually each month.

Other options in order of timeliness are:

• Phone – 3% fee, call 870-606-8531 or 870-499-0409
• Drop off – no fees, drop boxes are located at 1145 Rodney Rd (office) & 3290 Dolph Rd (Fire Department)
• Mail – cost of postage, 1145 Rodney Rd, AR 72528
• Online Banking – free, process through your banking app. The process involve a printed check that is sent by, or on behalf of, your bank. These checks frequently arrive after the scheduled delivery date.
