BHWA held a Special Meeting Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, to discuss and vote on the proposal to convert to a Public Water Authority. Please review the proposed bylaws and submit a ballot to the office at your earliest convenience. Ballots must be received (in office) by March 17th, at which time they will be tallied. Please call the office if you have questions about how the coversion would help the community and the water system, and how it would impact you! 870-499-0409
